There are varying definitions of PBL, but a great one from Edutopia reads: "Project-based learning is a dynamic classroom approach in which students actively explore real-world problems and challenges and acquire a deeper knowledge." PBL doesn't mean we only do projects the entire year. We will blend direct classroom instruction with projects of various lengths to ensure students acquire content knowledge, skills, and enduring understandings of their studies.
